Refunds

Before we start: if you change your mind before we begin the audit, we'll refund you in full.

Rescheduling: you can reschedule your walkthrough call for free up to 24 hours before it starts.

After we start: once the audit is underway, the fee isn't refundable, but you'll still get the written report and the walkthrough.

If we miss our date: if we can't deliver the written report by your walkthrough call, you can choose a full refund.

Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days. To cancel, reschedule, or ask for a refund, email hello@nimble.st.
