Privacy

This policy explains what information Flying Nimbus Unlimited, doing business as Nimblest ("Nimblest", "we"), collects through nimble.st and our paid audit, why, and the choices you have. Questions: hello@nimble.st.

The short version

• Analytics run only if you click "Allow". "No thanks" or a Global Privacy Control signal means no analytics.
• This site runs no advertising pixels, and we don't sell or share your information for advertising.
• Please don't send us patient or health information. The audit doesn't need it.

What we collect

When you visit. Our host, Netlify, processes standard request data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and secure the site. We set one first-party cookie, nb_id, holding a random ID for 90 days so you see a consistent version of the page while we test wording. It contains nothing about you and isn't sent to analytics unless you allow analytics. We store your consent choice in your browser so we don't ask again.

If you allow analytics. We use Google Analytics (through Google Tag Manager) to understand visits: pages viewed, clicks on our booking button, approximate location, and device type. When enabled, PostHog helps us compare page versions and may record anonymized session replays with form inputs masked. These tools set cookies only after you click "Allow". You can change your choice anytime with "Privacy choices" in the footer.

If you buy an audit. Stripe processes your payment and receives your name, email, and card details. We never see your full card number. After checkout, we keep the Stripe checkout ID in a cookie (nb_checkout, 7 days) so the confirmation page can verify your payment.

When you book and complete the intake.Google Calendar collects your name, email, and the time you choose. Our intake form (Google Forms) collects details about your clinic's website, tools, and goals. We also keep the emails you send us.

How we use it

To deliver and schedule your audit, take payment, send receipts, reply to you, keep records we must keep for tax and accounting, secure the site, and, with your consent, improve it.

Who we share it with

Only service providers that help us run Nimblest: Netlify (hosting), Stripe (payments), Google (Calendar, Forms, Analytics, Tag Manager), and PostHog (analytics, if enabled). They process it on our behalf. We don't sell your information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Analytics data for up to 14 months. Payment and business records for as long as tax law requires (typically up to 7 years). Intake and audit materials for as long as we work together, then on request we'll delete them.

Your choices and rights

You can allow or refuse analytics at any time. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to access, correct, delete, or get a copy of your information, and to opt out of sale or sharing (we do neither). Email hello@nimble.st and we'll respond within 45 days. We won't treat you differently for using these rights.

Other details

We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure. This site is for businesses and isn't directed at children under 16. Our service providers may process data in the United States. If we change this policy, we'll update the date above.
